During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be just steps from Times Square and only a short stroll to Central Park, making it a fantastic spot for anyone who loves to walk and take in the sights. the cozy lobby and comfortable room created a welcoming atmosphere after a busy day of exploring iconic landmarks.

Exceptional staff, exceptional dining, where we experienced remarkable kindness as they walked us to our restaurant and even ran into busy traffic to secure a cab for us. The location was superb with free wi-fi in public areas.

We had an amazing time exploring the Paradise Club, which is like NYC's nightlife playground! It was a perfect spot for live performances, and we enjoyed a pre-theatre dinner with our adult kids. The central location made hopping around the city so easy and fun.

My kids wished the hotel had a more family-friendly dining menu.

The corner room on the 39th floor had an unbeatable view and very nice decor. The cleaning was great, and the minibar was well-stocked. the luxurious atmosphere made for a perfect getaway.

The king room with city view was clean and well-maintained. However, there was significant noise from outside, even on the higher floors. The resort fee felt unnecessary, especially if you don't plan to use the dining facilities often.

Great staff made my daughter's birthday special, but rooms are small for NYC.

The King Room with City View had super comfy bedding. It featured air conditioning, a private bathroom with free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I had an issue with noise outside. The spa facilities were really relaxing after a day out.

I had a great experience with the staff during my stay. The cleanliness of the room made my week enjoyable. Being away from Italy, I appreciated the warm welcome from everyone.
